Good to know

We love dogs, they are part of the family.

You are welcome to bring your well-behaved dog to our holiday home.

Please note the rules in Sweden that your dog must always be kept on a lead outside the house. In our large, fully fenced garden he can of course jump around freely. Please be considerate of others and always dispose of your dog's waste.

The rental period for the Villa is at least three nights

During the summer months of July and August, the minimum rental period is one week.

High Season 2026:

Low Season 2026:

no smoking in the entire house
parties are not permitted
persons other than those specified at the time of booking are not allowed

Cancellation terms after payment of the deposit:

- Free Cancellation up to 4 weeks before booked arrival

there after:

- up to 2 weeks before booked arrival 25% of the amount (deposit)

- up to 1 weeks before booked arrival 50% of the amount
- thereafter 75% of the amount

(please note that there might be a fee for the chargeback of the deposit)
